Docteurs de l'ED 101 lauréats d'un prix de thèse
L’École doctorale des Sciences juridiques adresse toutes ses félicitations à M. Stefanos Gakis, lauréat du Prix Jacques-Mourgeon 2022 de la Société française pour le droit international (SFDI), qui récompense la meilleure thèse dans le domaine des droits humains.
La thèse de M. Gakis porte sur
Le statut juridique du demandeur d’asile en droit international et européen
et a été soutenue à l’Université de Strasbourg le 29 novembre 2021
(dir. Niki Aloupi & Andrea Hamann).

L’École doctorale des Sciences juridiques adresse également toutes ses félicitations à Mme Lorédane Besnier, lauréate du Prix de thèse 2022 décerné par l’Association Française de Droit du Travail et de la Sécurité sociale (AFDT), qui récompense la meilleure thèse de droit du travail.
La thèse de Mme Besnier porte sur
Les fonctions de la protection de la santé en droit du travail
et a été soutenue le 7 décembre 2021 à l’Université de Strasbourg
(dir. Nicolas Moizard).

Welcome to the website of ED 101, the doctoral school of Legal sciences
With its 210 doctoral students, 80 HDR (accredited to supervise research) researchers attached to seven research centers (CDPF, CEIE, CEIPI, DRES, IRCM, SAGE and CERDACC in Mulhouse), ED 101 is a major center of research in legal sciences in France.
The task of the ED 101 is to provide support for doctoral students since their enrolment in doctoral studies until the defence of their thesis. ED 101 pays particular attention to the employability of its doctoral students. To this end, field specific and transversal trainings are organised in order to help the student to gain skills in the methodology of research. Together with the research centers, ED 101 monitors the individual work of each doctoral student through the setting up of follow-up committees.
In addition to its institutional task, the management of ED101 wants it to become "your school". A school that aims at making you meet each other, share your doctoral experiences, benefit from the scientific influence of high-level researchers, and that seeks to provide you with information that will be useful for your professional career.
Your involvement will contribute to the activity, the dynamism and the influence of ED 101. The management thus favours any initiative aimed at establishing a dialogue between doctoral students and researchers. The doctoral students’ symposium of ED 101 is a striking example.
